Where we're located

Our office and laboratories are located right off of interstate-85 on the border of Greenville and Spartanburg. Our location gives us the benefit of being able to service a wide area, with our courier routes ranging as wide as Charlotte, Atlanta, and Charleston areas. We also receive many samples through shipping services, making us available to serve clients from multiple states away.

Our corporate headquarters is a technologically advanced testing facility, designed and built with toxicity and chemical testing in mind. Our labs are staffed by scientist with B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. Degrees to meet your testing needs.

Our philosophy of dedication to quality and integrity forms the foundation on which we have built one of the most respected and experienced environmental firms in the Southeast. ETT is the environmental firm of choice for both routine monitoring and identification and resolution of wastewater toxicity challenges.

We have multiple full-time and part-time couriers on staff who travel to receive samples directly from our clients. Our courier staff is trained in proper sample preservation guidelines and custody tracking to make sure that from the moment we receive our client's samples, our services are meeting the requirements of our testing certifications. Through regular pick-ups, our courier teams help to establish a personal connection with our clients that has set the foundation for some of our longest lasting client relationships.

Our laboratories are staffed by highly qualified personnel. We have high standards for staff conducting toxicity tests, including:

  • Minimum B.S. Degree in Biological Sciences

  • Exhaustive Training in Culturing of Test Organisms

  • Completion of ETT Extensive Training Program for Acute Toxicity Testing

  • Completion of ETT Advanced Training Program for Chronic Toxicity Testing

  • Demonstration of Proficiency through successful completion of 'blind' unknown ampules

Separate chemical analysis and parameters performed in our chemistry lab are conducted by our full time chemists, who must meet similar requirements including:

  • Minimum B.S. Degree in Chemistry (or similar science based degrees)

  • Extensive Training in the Standard Operating Procedure of chemical analysis

  • Initial Demonstration of Proficiency through successful analyzation of 'blind' unknown ampules

  • Annual Demonstration of Proficiency through successful analyzation of unknown ampules provided by the administrations that provide our certifications

The Fun Side

We pride ourselves on being a small team that accomplishes big things. Part of how we do that is by making sure we are a team of good moral and high spirits. Pictured above are just some of the features of our office that make our team feel right at home.
